Your Profile
* Valid medical license recognized in Germany
* Board-certified specialist in Internal Medicine with additional qualification in Gastroenterology
* Extensive expertise in emergency endoscopic care, diagnostic and interventional endoscopy, particularly gastroscopy and colonoscopy
* Experience in ERCP and endosonography is highly desirable
* Proven leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively within interdisciplinary teams
* Excellent communication skills combined with empathy in patient care
* Commitment to ongoing professional development and medical education
* Dedication to delivering patient-centered, high-quality healthcare
Your Responsibilities
* Deputizing for the senior consultant and assisting in the management and coordination of the Department of Internal Medicine II, including oversight of medical teams and resource allocation
* Ensuring the delivery of superior patient care and adherence to current medical standards and guidelines
* Developing and implementing innovative treatment plans and therapeutic strategies
* Performing advanced interventional endoscopic procedures and sonographically guided interventions
* Supervising and mentoring assistant physicians and medical staff to foster clinical excellence
* Actively participating in the continuing education and training programs for healthcare professionals
* Maintaining effective and transparent communication with patients and their families, promoting a supportive care environment
