* Active participation in an ongoing SAP HCM implementation project – e.g., in the recording, evaluation, and qualification of requirements, in testing, training, and go-live activities, and in the planning, control, and monitoring of project activities
* You will actively support the design of the future operating model, including the necessary interface functions to external service providers
* After the system implementation, you will take on tasks in the interface between the City of Bochum and external service providers, which is still to be defined
* Recording, evaluating, and qualifying future functional and technical requirements
* Analysis, optimization, and design of HR processes, taking into account functional and technical requirements
* Continuous development of the HR system
* Support for future projects and management and control of external service providers
Your qualifications and skills
* You have a university or technical college degree (bachelor's or diploma) in computer science, business informatics, or economics
* Alternatively, you have completed vocational training as an IT specialist, IT systems clerk, IT clerk, or in another IT-related discipline and have at least one year of professional experience in the field
* As a civil servant, you also have the qualifications for career group 2, 1st entry level of the general administrative service
* You have several years of proven practical professional experience in the SAP HCM field and ideally have a recognized SAP HCM certification
* You have already played a key role in an SAP HCM implementation project, ideally in a municipal environment
* Independent, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work, high level of commitment and assertiveness, and excellent communication skills
* Goal-oriented and economical thinking and acting
