Job Summary
The OARS Trainee role is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in facilities management and corporate affairs.
Main Responsibilities:
* Ensure workspaces are functioning properly, monitor security procedures, and manage relationships with external service providers.
* Handle incoming and outgoing calls, greet visitors, plan meeting room bookings, and provide administrative support.
* Organize catering services for meetings and events.
Key Requirements:
* Relevant industry sector or building management path pursued at university or higher education institution in France, Belgium, or Luxembourg.
* Fluent in French and English (Dutch is an asset).
* Strong organizational skills, prioritization, respect of deadlines, adaptability, and flexibility.
