Tasks – What to expect from us:
1. Define and implement global HR strategies that align with business objectives and support the growth of the organization globally
2. Foster a culture of leadership across the organization and support the growth of leadership capabilities to ensure a strong talent pipeline for current and future organizational needs
3. Lead succession planning, development, and retention strategies, including performance management, and employee engagement
4. Collaborate with senior leadership team to guide business growth and transformation projects, providing insights into organizational design, workforce planning and HR implications of operational changes
5. Drive employee engagement initiatives to improve workplace satisfaction and productivity
6. Oversee the implementation of performance management systems and compensation policies
7. Collaborate closely within the global and enterprise-wide HR leadership team
Qualifications – Who we are looking for:
8. Minimum of 10 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
9. Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
10. Multilingual, including English and German.
11. Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and regulations.
12. Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
13. Strong capabilities in Talent Management, Organizational Design and Performance Management.
14. Strong business acumen.
15. Strong relationship builder with the agility to connect with diverse people across all positions, locations, and geographies.
