We continue to grow and are currently seeking a Plant Manager to oversee the ramp-up and organization of our newest production site. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring safe, compliant, reliable and economical operation of our site in Dürres.
* Ramp up and organize our newest production site for premium and luxury manufacturing and finishing.
* Ensure compliance with internal and external requirements, laws and legal obligations, safety regulations, environmental requirements, licenses and permits.
* Recruit and manage local staff to secure workflow.
* Establish standard operation procedures (SOPs) and applicable documentation.
* Implement and control guidelines and policies.
* Organize workflow to meet production targets, delivery time lines and quality standards.
* Plan and organize production resources.
* Ongoing optimization of business and manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, costs and delivery deadlines.
* Staff and budget planning, cost controlling and reporting.
* Develop strategies and define objectives.
* Report directly to German Headquarters.
