Digital Experience Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking a seasoned Digital Experience Development Team Manager to lead our team of developers in delivering high-quality digital experiences.
Main Responsibilities:
* Oversee and manage the DXP Development Team, ensuring successful project delivery and code quality.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to define and deliver digital experience updates, including resource planning and architecture.
* Maintain code quality, reduce technical debt, and ensure code coverage through unit tests and dependency management.
* Develop and maintain coding standards, quality guidelines, and pipeline standards.
* Lead the Code Review process and mentor assigned Technical Leads for each DXP product.
* Organize Code Quality Gateways and audits in projects.
* Work with the Head of DXP and Digital Experience Team Manager to prioritize technical work and reduce technical debt.
Requirements:
* Master's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
* Minimum 10 years of development experience, including at least 5 years with web development frameworks (e.g., Angular, ReactJS, or VueJS), 1 year with TypeScript & Node, and 3 years as a development team leader or manager.
* Proven experience working in an Agile Team, background in eCommerce & online booking platforms, and excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills in English.

* Show assertiveness, stress resistance, and ability to deliver projects within set time limits, communicate effectively at all levels, and possess skills in French and/or German (spoken and written).
