We're looking for a highly experienced Senior R&D Excellence Manager (m/f/d) to lead strategic initiatives that strengthen our R&D performance and unlock new opportunities through scientific, digital, and operational excellence.
In this position, you will shape the core of our R&D strategy by driving cross-functional improvement initiatives, embedding digital-first solutions, and ensuring alignment between R&D operations and business priorities
Your Responsibilities
1. Lead cross-functional programs to boost efficiency, scientific rigor, and innovation across global R&D team
2. Design and optimize key R&D processes, tools, and governance framework
3. Act as a thought partner and subject matter expert in food science and technolog
4. Champion data-informed decision-making through modern digital tools and analytic
5. Support portfolio planning, prioritization, and resource optimizatio
6. Lead change management initiatives that cultivate a culture of excellence and collaboration
7. Collaborate with global stakeholders in regulatory, quality, and commercial function
Your Profile
8. Master's or PhD in Chemistry, Food Chemistry, Food Technology, or a related fiel
5–8 years of experience in R&D or innovation management, ideally in food or consumer good
9. Strong expertise in food chemistry, formulation, and experimental desig
Proven experience in leading cross-functional projects and driving transformatio
10. Proficiency in R&D tools and methodologies (., ELN, LIMS, Signavio, Agile, Stage-Gate
11. Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and stakeholder engagement skill
12. Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
