Description
AES (Aircraft Engineering Services Ltd) are inviting applications for a Mechanic to be based at Stansted Airport within our Training department, working in cooperation with our client airline Ryanair, Europe’s largest airline.
The successful candidate will be a self-motivated individual with previous experience working within a Mechanical department, such as a garage, maintenance facility, workshop, etc
The successful candidate will report to the Training manager and be responsible for:
# Routine maintenance and servicing of training facility equipment primarily focused on but not limited to the Boeing 737 training aircraft and modules to meet all Ryanair training demands
# Repair and development of all training facility equipment to meet current and future training demands
# Monitor all training activities to support instructors students to maximise the functionality and service life of training aids, including reinstatement of facility and equipment on completion of training delivery
Requirements
You must have good basic engineering hand skills, be self-motivated, with the ability to utilise available resources
Good communications skills written and verbal with the ability to communicate with people at all levels
Specific training and support will be provide
Good IT Literacy (Essential)
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (Essential)
Unrestricted right to live and work in The UK
Full UK / EU driving license
