Role Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Postdoctoral Researcher in Molecular to join our team and contribute to cutting-edge research in Systems Biology and Biomedicine.
The successful candidate will be responsible for generating and maintaining human iPSC lines, differentiating them into neurons and astrocytes, and designing and executing assays of intermediary metabolism using LC/GC methods and 13C tracing.
* Generate and maintain human iPSC lines and differentiate them into neurons and astrocytes.
* Design and execute assays of intermediary metabolism using LC/GC methods and 13C tracing.
* Develop and apply ODE models of mitochondrial metabolism and astrocyte-neuron coupling to interpret experiments and propose testable predictions.
* Integrate multi-omics and imaging readouts with modelling; perform rigorous statistical analysis and ensure reproducible workflows.
Your Expertise
* PhD in Life Sciences/Neurosciences/Molecular Biology with strong wet-lab experience.
* Hands-on expertise with human iPSCs and differentiation to neuronal and glial lineages.
* Familiarity with Bayesian/ML methods is a plus.
We offer a dynamic and collaborative environment where you can grow professionally and personally.
