About the role This role is for someone who enjoys translating complexity into practical systems. As a Solution Engineer, you work with customers who want to improve the way their operations are structured and delivered. The starting point is often a workflow that has grown over time, depends on manual work, or is spread across too many disconnected tools. Your role is to understand that setup, identify what can be improved and build solutions that make operations more effective and scalable. The role combines analysis, solution design, implementation and customer guidance. It moves between understanding the current state, building structured solutions in Airtable, creating automations in Make and helping customers make these new ways of working successful in practice. It is hands-on, client-facing and focused on creating real operational improvement. Deine Aufgaben What the role involves • Analyzing existing customer processes, workflows and system setups • Designing and implementing structured solutions in Airtable • Building automations and integrations using Make • Supporting the development of AI-enabled workflows and practical AI use cases where relevant • Translating business needs into scalable systems and operational setups • Advising customers on how to improve existing workflows, tools and ways of working • Identifying optimization opportunities in current customer environments and turning them into concrete improvements • Supporting customers during implementation and helping new structures and systems land successfully in practice • Working confidently with customers to explain solutions, guide decisions and build trust • Contributing to internal standards, scalable delivery approaches and better ways of building customer solutions Dein Profil What makes a strong fit • Experience with Airtable, Make and/or AI-related workflows • Experience in solution engineering, implementation, process improvement or a related field is a strong advantage • Strong communication and presentation skills • Fluent German and English, both spoken and written • A structured and practical way of working • Customer orientation, initiative and a collaborative mindset • Confidence in working directly with customers and guiding them through change • The ability to identify inefficiencies and translate them into workable solutions • Comfort with flexible team structures and fast-moving environments • Willingness to travel occasionally and work on-site with customers when needed is a plus What makes this role interesting Many technical roles focus only on the build.
