We are looking for our client, a German product-led company, an Account Executive, who will drive business growth in the German market, owning the full sales cycle across multiple channels including inbound leads, strategic outbound outreach, and existing customer portfolio expansion.


As a trusted advisor, you will position our client as a leading digitalization partner, delivering tailored solutions that create long-term value for clients. This role requires strong B2B SaaS sales expertise, outbound experience, and proficiency in German.



Objectives


Drive business growth in the German market by owning the full sales cycle across multiple channels including inbound leads, strategic outbound outreach, and expansion within an existing customer portfolio.



What you would do & responsibilities


* Drive new customer acquisition through inbound leads, outbound outreach, and partner-generated opportunities.
* Manage and grow existing accounts by identifying and executing on up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
* Conduct discovery calls, deliver product demos, and tailor sales pitches to address customer needs and demonstrate value.
* Collaborate closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure consistent messaging and a seamless customer journey.
* Develop and implement outbound sales strategies, including cold calling and personalized outreach campaigns.
* Own and manage the entire sales pipeline from initial contact to deal closure and account expansion using CRM tools.
* Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
* Analyze sales performance data and market trends to refine strategies and uncover new opportunities.
* Represent our client as a trusted digitalization partner in client conversations, webinars, and industry events.
* Maintain accurate records of all interactions, forecasts, and deal progress within the CRM system.
* Stay informed about product developments and competitive landscape to effectively position our client's solutions.



Requirements


* B2B SaaS sales expertise in SMB and Mid Market
* Outbound experience and Hunter's mentality, you have already gained practice in cold calls and pitching to customers, who didn't come in via marketing or product led efforts.
* German language (minimum C1)
* 3+ Years' of experience.
* You have a track record in closing deals and experience managing multiple accounts in a SaaS environment. Work experience in the German public sector is a plus.
* Expansion Focus. You bring strong skills in up-selling, cross-selling, and identifying new business opportunities.
* Results-Driven. You bring a never-settle approach to achieving targets.
* Excellent Communication. Ability to explain complex subjects in an engaging and value-driven way.
* Language Skills. You are proficient in both German and English, with a C2 level of fluency in each language; additional languages are a plus.
* Tech-Savvy. You're comfortable using CRM software, sales tools, and other technology platforms to manage accounts and track progress.
* Prioritization & Analytical Skills. You bring strategic portfolio management skills and the ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
* Creativity & Adaptability. You bring an innovative mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Team Player. Your collaborative spirit with a strong work ethic, has a positive impact on the team.
