The Role As a Staff BI and Data Analyst within our People & Culture and Finance departments, you will be at the heart of Oviva. You will partner with senior stakeholders—including the Managing Director and Clinical Delivery Directors in Switzerland—to translate complex business priorities into actionable analytics roadmaps. Your work ensures we provide the best possible care to our patients while maintaining operational excellence. Requirements About You You are a strategic thinker who thrives in ambiguity and enjoys improving imperfect data sets. You are a collaborator at heart, capable of mentoring others and leading through influence. Essential: At least 6 years of experience in Data Analytics or Business Intelligence. Expertise: Fluency in complex SQL and significant experience with dbt. Communication: Fluent in English; German language skills are a significant advantage for our Swiss partnerships. Technical: Proficiency with Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery) and modern BI tools. Preferred: Experience with Python and version control (Github/Git) to further scale our data capabilities.
