Business Development Manager
We are seeking a highly experienced Business Development Manager to join our team, focusing on acquiring new clients and driving business growth in key target segments and markets.
* Develop strategic initiatives to expand relationships with existing and prospective clients.
* Accountable for acquiring new clients and driving business growth in Italy, Spain, Greece, or Portugal, including entrepreneurial clients in Europe.
* Collaborate closely with Business Partners and Introducers to enhance market reach and client engagement.
* Identify and address client needs and preferences, offering suitable products and services.
* Ensure accurate execution of client instructions to maintain high service quality.
* Stay updated on financial market developments to ensure the bank's investment strategy is faithfully executed.
Key Skills and Qualifications
* Relevant degree of financial education and certifications.
* Background in Corporate banking/Corporate Finance is considered beneficial.
* Fluency in English is mandatory, with proficiency in Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, or Greek.
* Proven experience in Private Banking, Business development, and relationship management.
* Strong network of mortgage brokers would be advantageous.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build sustainable relationships.
* High level of integrity and ethics.
* Proven negotiation skills.
