Recovery Manager
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Recovery Manager to join our team. As a Recovery Manager, you will be responsible for providing individualized support and care to patients who are recovering from severe illness, injury, or surgery.
You will work closely with patients, their families, and healthcare professionals to ensure that the patient's needs are met and their recovery process is as smooth and comfortable as possible.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Routine organization and competent care of patients and their relatives
* Briefing of patients from arrival to departure
* Aware, calm, and professional conduct
* Integration of patients' biographical backgrounds into the treatment phase
* Understanding and empathetic handling of patients' special needs
* Implementation of our exceptionally high and exclusive quality standards
* Excellent English skills
* Familiarity with strongly impaired individuals
* Possess stability, motivation, and discretion
* Enjoy working independently
* Ability to handle challenging tasks efficiently and professionally
* Familiarity with medicine and no fear of this environment
* Prior experience in nursing, physiotherapy, care, therapy, or alternative medicine is advantageous
