As an Operations Director - Europe, you will collaborate closely with our Branch Managers and cross functional teams, at sites in the UK, Austria, Belgium, and Hungary. Your mission will be to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality products to our esteemed global clientele. As the Operations Director - Europe, you will: Overseeing Operational Profit & Loss for the region Driving efficiencies through continuous improvement activities Preparing business cases for capital expenditure requests Setting goals for direct reports aligned with the business strategy Managing and maintaining accurate inventory levels Aligning workforce planning with business needs and forecast predictions for an 24 -month rolling period Leading a Safety First approach and maintaining a zero-incident culture What you will need to be successful: University Degree in Business, Economics, Manufacturing or Engineering or other quantitative degree Minimum 10 years of strong business experience Automotive experience u00adBusiness acumen with proven track record and expertise u00ad Excellent analytical skills, with experience rapidly building and analyzing business plans u00ad Expert project management skills with track record of managing multiple projects and driving results u00ad Proven ability to build relationships, influence decisions and drive results through internal partnerships u00ad Strong positive / can-do attitude and comfort interacting with all levels of an organization u00ad Proactive problem solving skills What to Do Next Now that youu2019ve had a chance to learn more about us, what are you waiting for!
