In this position, you are not only the voice of our customers inside Scanbot SDK – you are part of a team responsible for driving our revenue growth. By building strong relationships within your customer portfolio, you enhance product adoption, identify expansion opportunities, and collaborate closely with our Support, Development, and Growth teams to drive customer satisfaction and increase annual recurring revenue.

How you will make an impact
* Own a group of 60-70 medium-sized to enterprise customers and support them across the full customer lifecycle.
* Identify and drive cross- and upselling opportunities and close deals by consultatively demonstrating the solutions Scanbot SDK offers.
* Build strong relationships by visiting key customers, listening closely, and helping them achieve great results.
* Understand the unique requirements of different industries to shape product strategy, influence marketing narratives, and unlock new revenue streams.
* Collaborate with our support and development teams to solve our customers’ support and feature requests.
* Manage formal quotations, invoices, and license renewals with our Finance & Operations team.
* Be a catalyst for process improvement within Customer Success and shape how we work with your insights.

Requirements
We have put a lot of thought into what you should bring to this position.
* You have at least 2-3 years of experience working as a Customer Success Manager or in a similar role.
* You have worked in a B2B company, preferably in the field of SaaS.
* You are a h2 team player who enjoys sharing their expertise.
* You are open-minded, communicative, and interested in building lasting client relationships.
* You are detail-oriented, hungry to learn, and ready to take over responsibility for your allocated group of customers.
* You are open to traveling (approx. 15 days/year).
* You are fluent in English, fluency in German is a plus.
