What the job involves As an M&A Expert, you will be a core contributor to the company's growth strategy, owning transactions from first contact to integration and helping shape the long-term platform, while getting support from the wider M&A Team where necessary. Identifying and sourcing acquisition targets within the German healthcare market Evaluating targets through financial analysis, business development, and valuation Managing end-to-end M&A processes, including due diligence, structuring, and negotiations Acting as the central interface between internal stakeholders and external advisors Supporting post-merger integration and operational scaling of acquired businesses Working closely with founders, senior management, and venture investors on strategic initiatives Who we are looking for First full-time experience in M&A, transaction advisory, venture capital, private equity, or corporate development Exposure to healthcare or buy-&-build strategies is a strong plus Excellent financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills Entrepreneurial, hands-on mindset with a strong sense of ownership Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, startup environment Fluent in German and English Based in or willing to relocate to Munich LI-IS1 You will be redirected to the company’s website – you must complete the application on their platform to apply.
