Your role in our team
We are looking for a Working Student (m/f/d) for the Project Management Office (PMO) in our HR Strategy and Innovation team. In your first few weeks, you will be involved in a project focused on sustainability & human rights. Mainly, you will support various global strategic projects focused on HR Strategy and Innovation while gaining hands-on experience in project management within a global Group, allowing you to apply your theoretical knowledge into practice.
Your key responsibilities:
1. Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring projects
2. Support of the project team in the development and implementation of project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgeting
3. Preparation of project documentation, including reports, presentations, and meeting minutes
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are met on time and within scope
5. Communication with internal and external stakeholders
Your profile
6. You are currently enrolled as a student, preferably in a field related to business administration, human resources, or project management
7. You have a high willingness to learn and a proactive attitude
8. Your analytical skills help you to draw logical conclusions
9. Your structured way of working makes you a talented organizer and time manager
10. You are confident in using the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
11. You are a team player with the ability to work independently and take on responsibility
12. You have good communication skills, business fluency in both written and verbal German and English
