We are looking to hire a Graduate Technical Support Engineer for a company currently experiencing significant growth. These positions are initially offered as 6-month contracts with the potential for extension. You will gain expertise in helpdesk management and systems administration.
Role Requirements: What You Need to Succeed
An interest in learning ticket-based workflow management tools like Jira Service Desk.
Strong English communication skills and a customer service mindset.
Ability to independently manage and prioritize tasks.
Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
A degree in computer science
Role Responsibilities: What You’ll Do
Maintain and optimize IT systems and end-user devices (EUDs) to ensure peak performance and functionality.
Administer and manage SaaS solutions and integrations, ensuring seamless operation by provisioning and deprovisioning user access across various systems and applications.
Provide 1st level user support, promptly resolving technical issues.
Lead end-to-end project implementations that enhance IT processes and tools, driving efficiency and productivity.
