What we achieve together
You actively shape the digital transformation of the Vaillant Group – from development and planning to the implementation of concrete activities.
* You advise and support our internal stakeholders in implementing improvements along the entire value chain.
* You transfer the existing structural and process organization to our new Digital Process Platform and derive appropriate measures from it – for example, end‑user training or further development initiatives.
* With your trained eye, you critically analyze existing business processes and support our process owners in fully leveraging their potential in process management and organizational development.
* With your expertise, you contribute to the further development of our project management methodology and take responsibility for projects and work packages as a (sub-)project manager.
* You prepare process analyses, conduct workshops with stakeholders and process owners, and derive concrete optimization measures – including accompanying their implementation.
* In addition, you support and steer initiatives for organizational and process improvement while always maintaining a holistic perspective.
What makes us successful together
* Qualification: You hold a successfully completed university degree (Master’s), e.g., in Business Administration, Business Psychology, or Communications.
* Experience: You have experience in international implementation projects and bring at least 7 years of professional experience in project management, process management, and organizational development.
* Know-how: You have solid experience with Atlassian Confluence and JIRA, ARIS BPM Suite, and CELONIS Process Mining.
* Personality: A high degree of team spirit, strong prioritization skills, as well as excellent analytical, communication, facilitation, and implementation abilities set you apart – combined with strong initiative, motivation, and a global mindset.
* Language Skills: You are Fluent in English; German is an advantage.
* Travel: You are willing to travel (approx. once a month) within Western Europe and an international mindset.
