The Area Management Home Markets is responsible for Lufthansa Group’s Regional B2B Sales in DACHB. We are the interface of our B2B trade partners – such as travel agency chains, tour operators, and travel management companies – as well as corporates to the LH Group.
You will be working in the office of the Vice President by supporting his Executive Assistant and his management team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain a deep understanding of the Lufthansa Group’s B2B sales processes, while actively learning and contributing to strategic initiatives and projects.
Your tasks include:
1. Relieving the office team of routine and administrative tasks
2. Research, preparation, content development, and design of speeches and presentations
3. Planning, organization and support of meetings, conventions and conferences, and their follow-up
4. Support of projects and task forces within the Home Markets
5. You are at least in the 3rd semester of a degree program in aviation management, economics, marketing, cultural studies or comparable at the time of the internship
6. You are enrolled for the entire period of the internship (current certificate of enrollment and a written must be enclosed with the application) or the internship between the Bachelor's and Master's degree program (Gap Year)
7. You are creative, good communicator, and perform well in a fast-paced environment handling a multitude of topics simultaneously. You possess the ability to familiarize yourself quickly with new tasks and circumstances, organize yourself, and are a quick learner
8. You are proficient in the usage of common Microsoft Office 365 tools Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint and Word. Knowledge of SharePoint is a plus
9. You are fluent in both German and English, both written and spoken
