As aSenior Cloud Solution Architect, Cloud & AI Apps)iniCSU, you will design, land, and scale AI-powered application architectures across Azure (includingAzure OpenAI Service,AI Services,AKS/Containers,Data & App Platform, andGitHub) toaccelerate Microsoft Cloud consumption. You will lead Customerfunded technical engagements, remove blockers, and industrialize reusable patterns and accelerators that bring scale, agility, and cross-solution coverage to our largest Global Accounts—coordinating delivery across international downstream locations for a seamless, globally coordinated customer experience.

Qualifications
4. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND solid experiencein cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting
5. OR equivalent experience
6. Proven experiencearchitecting and implementingenterprise-gradecloud-native solutionswith AI capabilities– preferably pre-existing knowledge of Azure.
7. Proven experienceimplementing cloud-native applications in Python or .NETwith generative AI capabilities.
8. Sound experience in any of the following:

11. AppPlat/Containers/Serverless (App Service, AKS, ACA, ARO, Functions)

15. 3P GPU/AI Infra/BYOAIM
16. Data (Cosmos DB, Azure SQL, Azure Database for PostgreSQL)
17. Languages: Business fluency in English,additionallanguageslikeGerman, Italian,Spanishare a plus.
Responsibilities
18. Engage withcustomer IT and business leaders to understand their application, data, and AI priorities, and design secure, scalable solutions that drive business value and customer satisfaction.
19. Lead technical engagements across architecture design, Proof of Concepts (POCs), and Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) to accelerateadoptionof Azure AI, App Services, GitHub, and data platforms.
20. Own the end-to-end technical delivery results, ensuring completeness and accuracy of consumption and customer success plans in collaboration with the CSAM.
21. Drive next best actions and generateincrementalpipeline from each engagement, aligning with Unified Enterprise Support (ES) priorities.
22. Deliver repeatable intellectual property (IP) and contribute to centralized IP development to accelerate deployment and achieve targeted outcomes.
23. Provide delivery oversight and escalation support for key Factory engagements across AI and App Innovation projects.
24. Lead the health, resiliency, security, and optimization of mission-critical workloads, ensuring readiness for production-scale AI use cases.
25. Demonstrate a growth mindset by continuously aligning your skills to customer needs, contributing to knowledge sharing, and mentoring others to accelerate customer outcomes.Act as the Voice of the Customer by sharing insights and feedback with engineering teams to influence product improvements and remove adoption blockers.
26. Maintain deep technicalexpertiseand stay current with Azure, AI, GitHub, and cloud-native development trends, while contributing to internal and external technical communities.
27. Be accredited and certified to deliver with advanced and expert-levelproficiencyin priority workloads including Azure AI Foundry, AKS, App Service, Cosmos DB, Azure SQL, PostgreSQL, APIM, and GitHub.
28. Support customer skilling through technical workshops, readiness activities, and recommendations that ensure solution performance, maintainability, and reliability.
