Main Responsibilities
1. Analysis and evaluation of logistics, administration, and manufacturing processes
2. Identification of potential improvements and management of projects in the lean environment
3. Development and implementation of lean strategies and improvement measures
4. Planning, implementation, and follow-up of workshops and projects
5. Teaching content on the implementation of lean activities as part of employee training and coaching measures
6. Supporting the continuous optimization of production processes
7. Applying and further developing existing controlling and management tools
8. Reporting to management
9. Supporting audit preparations and documentation of relevant processes
10. Workplace design/optimization
Position Requirements
11. Degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, production engineering, or comparable qualification
12. Initial professional experience in lean management or process optimization, ideally in an industrial company
13. Knowledge of common lean methods (e.g., Kaizen, 5S, CIP, value stream analysis)
14. Confident use of MS Office, SAP knowledge an advantage
15. Very good analytical skills, strong communication skills, and assertiveness
16. Good English skills
17. Ability to work in a team, initiative, and structured approach to work
