David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a young financial/FX company led by a management team with over 20 years of experience. Their mission is to simplify trading complexities and deliver excellence to clients across multiple continents and countries. Currently looking to hire a Senior FX Dealer.
Position: Senior FX Dealer
Location: MENA/APAC

RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Manage and optimise company trading risk exposure across FX, metals, indices, and CFD products
* Oversee execution quality, liquidity management, and hedging processes
* Configure and administer MT5, cTrader, and Centroid trading environments
* Monitor market conditions and implement appropriate risk control measures
* Analyse trading flow to identify performance and profitability improvement opportunities
* Investigate complex trading incidents and client disputes
* Prepare and present dealing, risk, and performance reports to senior management
* Support onboarding, training, and supervision of junior dealers
* Coordinate with liquidity providers, technology teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth trading operations.
REQUIREMENTS:
* 3–5 years’ experience in dealing, risk management, or brokerage environment
* Proven experience with MetaTrader 5 (MT5) Manager/Admin
* Strong experience with cTrader
* Strong experience with Centroid
* Strong understanding of A-Book, B-Book, and hybrid execution models
* Deep knowledge of FX, metals, indices, and CFD markets
* Experience managing liquidity, exposure, and trading risk
* Experience working in fast-growing brokerage environments
* Knowledge of CRM systems and brokerage back-office operations
* Familiarity with automation tools, AI solutions, or workflow optimisation
* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related field.
