Events Manager (f/m/d)
To support our Events team we are searching for a Events Manager (f/m/d) to be based in our Munich office.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
1. Take on responsibility to manage and coordinate projects which resonate with the Mytheresa DNA
2. Initiate inter-departmental communication once aims are set for projects/events
3. Oversee/co-ordinate the work of Junior team members in line with Senior team members & Director of Events and Global Brand Experiences.
4. Create and share informative reports on current events and projects taking place in the market to share with team and ensure that the MYTHERESA event formats remain current
5. Research and collect information on potential cities/locations/location agencies, suppliers to keep internal data base updated
6. Manage communication with chosen external partners i.e. location agencies, florists, caterers, etc. to create special opportunities and experiences for our Top Customers
7. Assist in the co-ordination of all logistical and organizational elements of events and special projects, while working within set budget guidelines
WHO YOU ARE
8. Experience in luxury fashion with emphasis on e-commerce or agency experience
9. Strong time management and organizational skills
10. Strong team player
11. Strong research skills
12. Excellent communications skills
13. Flexibility in terms of coordinating daily business, working on multiple projects simultaneously and willingness to travel
14. English fluency both written and spoken
