We have roles for Executive Assistants to support at MD level, and some to support a mixture of levels of Directors, Principals plus one or two investment professionals, many of the roles requiring Assistants to take on projects as needed.
This advert is in English because our clients are all international and they require fluent English skills, as well as fluent German. You will travel to London and other European offices at times, and liaise with colleagues all over the world, so communication skills and ability to navigate a global environment is a must.
You must have a background working for international firms - financial services, private equity, alternative investment, investment banking, management consultancy etc. The main responsibilities below give a general overview, but each role will differ depending on the business area you support, and your interest and skill set. Many of our clients want Executive Assistants to embrace more areas of business support, especially as firms' processes are largely now so much more digital. Many of our roles include support with compliance and deal administration, event planning, onboarding and recruitment, training, and any other ad-hoc projects.
Supporting the MD / investment professionals with extensive diary management across multiple time zones, dealing with changing priorities
Organising complex global travel itineraries
Planning conferences / investor events / company events
Liaising with global HR & Operations departments
Using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Outlook, Word & PowerPoint
Experience as an Assistant in private equity or relevant international firm
Excellent, fluent interpersonal and communication skills, in English and German
Be passionate about business and want to be a part of a successful private equity team
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
