Senior Project Developer - Onshore Wind (m/w/d)

Our Client:
A leading German Onshore Wind developer with over 25 years’ experience in developing, planning and delivering wind power (and other renewable) projects from feasibility through turnkey commissioning for investors and operators.
They combine technical planning, wind measurement, engineering and project management services in-house and are active as developer, planner and operator on German and international wind farm projects.
The Role:
As Senior Project Developer you will lead throughout the full project development lifecycle and business development activities across a range of technologies in this broad and dynamic role.
Some duties would include:
* Own and grow a high-quality onshore wind pipeline, driving projects forward with pace, precision, and commercial focus.
* Lead the entire development lifecycle, managing technical, commercial, and contractual negotiations with landowners, municipalities, authorities, and partners.
* Build trusted, long-term relationships with local stakeholders and decision-makers, becoming a key face of the business in the region.
* Steer projects against clear timelines and budgets, taking accountability for progress, risks, and delivery.
* Work closely with senior leadership to influence long-term strategy, portfolio direction, and market expansion.
The Person:
The successful candidate will have:
* 3+ years in renewable energy project development.
* Use your network and expertise to bring in new project opportunities.
* Be the single point of contact for your team and clients during project implementation.
* Speak German to C1 level or higher.
