About Our Client

To support this growth, we are looking for a senior-level finance professional (m/f/d) to take on the development and leadership of the German business.
Job Description
* Lead the business development and client relationship strategy for the German market
* Act as the main point of contact for institutional and corporate clients in Germany
* Translate insights and client needs into market-specific financial solutions
* Drive brand awareness and establish a strong local presence in coordination with HQ
* Collaborate cross-functionally with product, risk, legal, and operations teams
* Represent the company at relevant industry events, panels, and networking forums
* Serve as a trusted advisor and sparring partner (m/f/d) for clients with a focus on long-term value
The Successful Applicant
* Multiple years of experience in financial services, preferably in relationship management, business development or structured finance
* Solid experience in emerging markets - particularly with financial institutions or clients based in regions such as CEE, MENA, Sub-Saharan Africa, or Asia - as the hiring firm has deep roots in these markets.
* Deep understanding of the German financial landscape and local regulatory environment
* Strong network among institutional clients, corporates, or family offices in Germany
* Entrepreneurial mindset, hands-on mentality, and high cultural adaptability
* Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
