Your responsibilities
1. Hold overall accountabilities for a multi-million pipeline under construction till COD
2. Set clear goals, priorities, and ways of working
3. Lead, coach, and develop a team of Project Managers, Construction & Commissioning Managers as well as the Project Management Office for the execution of Renewable Energy Systems
4. Build a high-performing team culture through regular feedback and performance management (including development plans)
5. Recruit, onboard, and retain talent; ensure effective resource planning and succession coverage for critical roles
6. Foster collaboration across disciplines and locations; resolve conflicts and enable constructive decision-making
7. Establish and continuously improve team processes, templates, and lessons learned to increase delivery efficiency and quality
8. Lead cross-functional coordination with key stakeholders (Engineering, Development, Procurement, Legal, Controlling and Contractors) to remove blockers and maintain momentum
9. Drive executive governance processes, ensuring timely escalation and decision-making
10. Foster a strong safety culture and ensure the highest HSE standards across all project activities and contractors
11. Manage governance and reporting (status, risks, decisions, actions), providing clear recommendations and decision-ready materials
12. Drive continuous improvement in processes, templates, and lessons learned to increase execution efficiency and quality
Your profile
13. At least 5 years of relevant experience in leadership and minimum 10 years in Project Management & Construction
14. Proven track record in managing people and teams
15. Creative and open-minded individual with a good sense of humor
16. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
17. Proven track record of international work experience and appreciation of cultural differences
18. Business fluency in English
