What You’ll Do Create and design marketing assets for social media, sales coll ateral, and events Write compelling content that tells our story and engages customers Manage the marketing pipeline — from social posts to HubSpot campaigns Support the sales team with quick-turnaround materials and lead generation tools Plan and execute Dcubed’s presence at trade shows and industry events Experiment and learn fast — leverage AI tools, analytics, and new platforms to scale our reach Collaborate with engineers, sales, and leadership to keep marketing customer-centric and aligned with business goals Here is what you bring to the table 1–2 years of experience in marketing (or a strong internship first job) Strong writing and design skills (Canva, Adobe, or similar) Experience in paid digital marketing (campaigns, optimizing, conversions, budgeting) Comfortable with digital tools and quick to learn new ones Native or near-native English speaker Customer-focused mindset and ability to simplify technical concepts Organized, proactive, and able to manage projects independently Excited to work in a fast-paced startup environment and grow with the company Eligible to work in the EU Based in or near Munich (hybrid work) Why Join Us?
