TASKS WITH IMPACT

* Responsibility for the efficient and service-oriented execution of operational HR processes along the entire employee life cycle – from onboarding to offboarding
* Preparation and administration of HR documents such as employment contracts, contract amendments, and references
* Sparring partner for HR Business Partners and managers on operational HR topics and practical solutions
* Maintenance and quality assurance of data in our HR system (SuccessFactors) and close collaboration with the external payroll provider to ensure error-free payroll processing
* Contribution to the standardization and digitalization of HR processes and assumption of sub-project responsibility in HR Operations
* Creation of HR reports and analyses to support data-driven decision-making
* Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and HR-relevant guidelines (especially labor law, data protection, tax law)

YOUR SKILLS

* Completed commercial training or university degree (e.g. business administration, human resources, organizational psychology or similar)
* First relevant professional experience in HR operations or in a generalist HR role
* Knowledge of labor law and relevant HR regulations
* Confident handling of digital HR systems (ideally SuccessFactors) and strong affinity for processes and data quality
* Strong communication skills and service orientation in German and English
