Technical Project Engineer – Energy Solutions
Technical Sales Support
Provide in-depth technical support to the sales team, including the design and customization of solutions tailored to customer needs across utility-scale and C&I (Commercial & Industrial) verticals.
Project Engineering Interface
Lead technical communication throughout the project lifecycle. Deliver integrated system configurations involving PCS (Power Conversion System), MV transformers, battery racks, and EMS/BMS platforms. Optimize proposals for functional performance and grid compliance.
Rapidly master the architecture, key parameters, and integration logic of PCS, energy storage containers, and associated control systems. Act as a bridge between the China R&D team and European project stakeholders, ensuring smooth technical handover and localized adaptation of product specs.
Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, Energy Systems, Control Systems, or related fields.
• PV/ESS inverter or PCS (power conversion system) design/application
• Battery system integration (LFP, NMC, etc.)
• Renewable energy + battery hybrid projects (e.g., Energy storage for grid services (FCR, FRR, peak shaving, islanding, etc.)
• Fluency in English is mandatory. Spanish, Italian, German) is highly preferred.
• Project Exposure
EPCs, integrators, grid operators) on real storage or hybrid energy projects is strongly preferred.
• Ability to quickly absorb technical knowledge related to PCS topologies, grid-forming/inertia modes, EMS dispatching logic, and safety standards. Adapt well to fast-paced international environments.
Hands-on with technical tools such as CAD, PSCAD, PVSyst, DIgSILENT
• Experience in system commissioning, FAT/SAT, or site-based support is a plus
