Your tasks
5. Supporting the project management and core team within an HVDC project, as well as independently clarifying project execution issues with internal experts.
6. Direct communication with customers, including participation in and moderation of status meetings.
7. Preparation and follow-up of meetings, as well as creation and consistent tracking of results and task logs.
8. Implementation and control of the quality gate process, from requirements definition to reporting and action planning in case of deviations.
9. Responsibility for deviation management and the development of proposals for the continuous improvement of processing procedures.
Your profile
10. Completed studies in the field of engineering (at least a Bachelor's degree) or a comparable qualification.
11. Several years of relevant professional experience in project management with a focus on turnkey projects, as well as experience at interfaces with internal and external partners.
12. A structured, independent and quality-oriented work style combined with a quick grasp of concepts and perseverance.
13. Excellent communication skills, assertiveness and teamwork skills; initial leadership experience is desirable.
14. Confident handling of common project management tools and solution-oriented action in complex project environments.
15. Fluent German and English skills.
