5. A technical university degree (STEM, engineering, computer science, etc.).
6. 1–4 years of relevant experience in venture capital, startups, or top-tier consulting.
7. Strong analytical and first-principles thinking skills.
8. A growth mindset and high intellectual curiosity.
9. A team player who is empathetic, communicative, and self-driven.
10. A genuine passion for technology, innovation, and the startup world.
