The Program Management Office ensures the successful execution of helicopter projects through the application of project management processes, methods and tools. To complement our team, we are looking for a colleague with a hands-on mentality who enjoys working in an agile environment.

Definition VIE program
The Volunteer for International Experience (VIE) program is an international program sponsored by the French Ministry of Economy, Finance and Employment, open to Airbus to offer young professionals the opportunity to have valuable paid work experience abroad in a technical or business function. We are looking for highly motivated graduates aged 18 to 28 years, who are citizens of the European Union (all E.U. nationals, plus Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein). Your location
At our Donauwörth site, located on the banks of the river Danube, we develop helicopters from the initial idea to the airworthy product. Watch them take off and touch down on our own on-site test airfield.

Your tasks and responsibilities
* Program / Project planning and scheduling including breakdown structures
* Performance monitoring (milestones tracking) and reporting
* Visual project management
* Risk and opportunity management
* PM processes and tools implementation management
* Set-Up of process documents and updates
* Document exchange management with the partner company
* User management and tool support
Desired skills and qualifications
* Degree in business administration, aerospace or comparable education
* Project management experience including project management tools
* Experience in working in and with transnational teams
* High self-management, structuring and communication skills
* Fluent level of English is a must, French/German/Spanish are a plus
