We’re excited to offer an opportunity for Recruiting Specialist HR BS in Lviv to join our NBS
* Completed high education;
* Experienced in Recruitment (3+ years);
* Good knowledge of recruiting assessment tools;
* A great comunicator, team player and able to engage the attention of candidates for our positions;
* Able to work under pressure;
* Learning agility and analytical skills;
* Confident in English on B1-C1 level
With you we will
* Source and select candidates for tech & non-tech positions
* Establish a strong cooperation with hiring managers to understand their strategic staffing needs and fill vacancies in a timely manner with the highest quality;
* Create pool of candidates to ensure the execution of recruitment strategy;
* Coordinate the cooperation with the recruitment agencies;
* Conduct Trainings for Employees and people managers on the recruitment-related matters;
* Participate in Employer Branding events and initiatives;
