As Manager Global Talent Acquisition (f/m/d) you will be part of our Global Culture & People Team and report directly to the Director Global Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding. In this role you will manage planning, development and execution of the Global Talent Acquisition strategy of STADA Group, making sure we hire the best talents in the industry.
You work allows for significant influence on our unique company culture by hiring talent that raises the bar for STADA globally.
You conceptualize and implement the global recruitment strategy – from recruitment process, to sourcing until onboarding – and ensure it is tailored and flexible for each market, region and role STADA is hiring for and aligns to our vision and values and is communicated clearly and effectively to our stakeholders.
You monitor, track and analyze recruitment performance identifying constantly areas for improvement.
You share your knowledge and ensure our recruitment community, but even more our hiring managers are up-to-speed when it comes to hiring standards.
You work collaboratively with regional/country Culture & People leads and GMs demonstrating your strategic mindset to understand opportunities for business growth by hiring the best team in the industry.
You serve as the internal single point of contact for all regional recruiting colleagues.
You have a proven track record in talent acquisition, working in a multinational or global company, ideally with a good understanding of the pharmaceutical industry.
Proven experience (at least 5-7 years) in how to develop and implement global talent acquisition strategies aligned with the company´s overall business goals, enhancing our approach by bringing in fresh perspectives.
You are familiar with applicant tracking systems (ATS), Social Media platforms and other recruitment tools and understand various sourcing methods.
Proficiency in business-level English is required. German) are a plus.
