Your mission :
The Process Manager will be responsible for creating, documenting, and deploying operational processes, ensuring they are aligned with industry standards.
* Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and document detailed operational processes, ensuring clarity and comprehensiveness.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and integrate them into process design.
3. Utilize best practices to ensure processes are scalable.
* Deployment and Implementation:
1. Work closely with the operational team to deploy new processes, ensuring seamless integration.
2. Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate squad members on new and updated processes.
3. Monitor the implementation phase to identify and resolve any issues promptly.
* Continuous Improvement:
1. Regularly review and assess existing processes for efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance with industry standards.
2. Gather feedback from team members and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement.
3. Implement process improvements and updates, ensuring continuous alignment with organizational goals.
* Quality Assurance:
1. Evaluate processes to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
2. Conduct periodic audits and reviews to maintain high standards of quality and compliance.
3. Maintain documentation for all processes, ensuring they are up-to-date and accessible.
Your profile :
You should have:
- A degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Certification in ITIL is required.
- Proven experience in process management, preferably within an IT environment.
- Strong understanding of industry standards and their practical application in business processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and influence others.
