As Expert for Global Compensation, Benefits & Mobility you are part of our central division – Corporate Functions.
In this role, you will shape and own our global Compensation, Benefits and Mobility frameworks, ensuring competitive, fair and scalable solutions for a growing international organization. You combine strategic thinking with pragmatic execution and work closely with People Business Partners, People Operations and business stakeholders. By bringing structure to complex topics, you establish clear standards and transparency to enable sound, data-driven decisions.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
1. You are responsible for the design, implementation and continuous development of our global compensation strategy.
2. You act as the owner of our global grading framework, ensuring consistent application and ongoing evolution.
3. You are responsible for analyzing, developing and harmonizing global and local benefits structures to ensure competitiveness and internal consistency.
4. You are accountable for steering and improving annual compensation review processes in close collaboration with HR and business stakeholders.
5. You are leveraging market data, internal analytics and KPIs to create transparency and provide robust decision-making inputs for management.
6. You are driving the further development of our global mobility setup, including assignments, cross-border transfers and international remote work models.
7. You are a trusted advisor to the People Business Partners and leaders on all compensation- and rewards-related topics.
THATS YOU
8. Several years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, ideally in an international environment
9. Strong expertise in compensation structures, job architecture, grading frameworks and benchmarking
10. Experience working with market surveys and providers (e.g. Mercer, Kienbaum or comparable)
11. Solid exposure to Global Mobility topics; hands-on experience is a strong plus
12. Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data, KPIs and management reporting
13. A structured, pragmatic and implementation-oriented mindset with a strategic perspective
14. High level of ownership, independence and the ability to drive topics end-to-end
15. Very good English skills for effective communication in an international context (German is a plus)
