Business Development Manager | Frankfurt, Germany | Full Time | €45,000 – €65,000 per annum
Our client is a leading UK-based supplier of Anti-Vibration Mountings and Rubber Engineering Components.
Due to their continued growth, they have an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join their team in a full-time, permanent role.
Please note- standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 08:30–17:00, but flexibility will be required to meet the demands of the role.
Are you the right person for the job?
* At least 2 years’ industry experience in either the Anti-Vibration or Rubber Industry
* A full driving licence
* Strong negotiation skills
* Confident using Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
* Familiarity with measurement equipment (e.g., verniers) — training can be provided
* Ability to carry out both technical and commercial discussions
* Enthusiastic and driven, with a strong desire to generate sales
* Confident, personable, and able to work under pressure
* Self-motivated and capable of working independently
* Able to represent the company in a professional manner
* Excellent communication skills
* Good business acumen
What will your role look like?
* Prospecting, cold calling, and generating new business sales
* Arranging and conducting customer visits
* Organising your own diary and managing your time effectively
* Representing the company professionally during meetings and presentations
* Regular overnight stays (including occasional visits to the UK head office)
* Participating in exhibitions where applicable
* Reporting to and receiving direction from the Sales Director
