You will act as an experienced intermediary between our clients and IT specialists, translating ideas into practical solutions. Your responsibilities include:Analyzing and evaluating complex requirements and deriving solution approaches for ServiceNow implementation.Developing comprehensive concepts for integrating ServiceNow solutions into client processes and IT landscapes, including use cases, reference architectures, demos, and sales arguments.Managing high-complexity ServiceNow projects within digital transformation initiatives.Assessing end-to-end scenarios for ServiceNow deployment, especially in healthcare (Health) and public sector (Public).Collaborating with specialists from other units on topics like Cloud, Security, Monitoring, Billing, and Integration.Preparing pitches and presentations for decision-makers and senior management, including technical briefings and background information.Candidate ProfileYou should have extensive knowledge of ServiceNow, with over 5 years of professional experience from various perspectives such as developer, consultant, project manager, or architect.
