Automotive Components VP Global Sales
The Vice President of Global Sales will lead a worldwide commercial organization responsible for driving approximately USD 1.2 billion in annual revenue across a global automotive platform business. This executive role is fully accountable for global sales strategy, customer relationships, revenue growth, and profitability across key regions, including Europe, North America, China, India, Japan, and Korea.

Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
* 15+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in the automotive industry, ideally within chassis, structural, or complex systems platforms.
* Demonstrated success in leading regional or global sales organizations with responsibility for multi-billion-dollar revenue targets.
* Strong understanding of Tier 1 automotive procurement processes, OEM decision structures, and long-cycle B2B commercial models.
* Exceptional strategic thinking, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities in a global, multicultural environment.
* Visionary commercial leader combining strategic foresight with operational discipline and execution excellence.
* Outstanding communication skills with the ability to influence at executive, operational, and cross-functional levels worldwide.
* Results-driven, collaborative, and culturally agile, with a strong commitment to innovation and customer success.
* Willingness and ability to travel internationally on a regular basis.
Responsibilities
* Define and execute a global sales strategy aligned with corporate objectives to achieve sustainable revenue and margin growth.
* Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing international sales organization across six regions, fostering collaboration and alignment with global priorities.
* Build and manage long-term strategic relationships with key global automotive customers and partners.
* Oversee and lead complex, multi-year commercial negotiations, ensuring balanced risk, profitability, and long-term value creation.
* Monitor global market trends, customer strategies, competitive dynamics, and emerging technologies to proactively capture new business opportunities.
* Collaborate closely with product development, engineering, project management, and operations to ensure customer satisfaction and alignment between innovation and commercial strategy.
* Establish, track, and continuously improve key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales forecasting, pricing, pipeline management, and new business acquisition.
* Represent the organization at international industry events, executive-level customer meetings, and global leadership forums.
