Your Responsibilities Drive the end-to-end execution of A/B tests and personalisation campaigns – from ideation and hypothesis development to concept refinement, technical specification, developer briefings, analysis of results, and deriving next steps. Work hands-on with Optimizely and Adobe Target to test hypotheses and measure impact based on clearly defined KPIs. Use GA4 and Contentsquare to analyse user behaviour, identify pain points, and generate insights to fuel new optimisation ideas. Collaborate closely with developers, project managers, UX designers, and product owners to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with both market goals and overarching business KPIs. Act as a strategic consultant and key point of contact for client stakeholders, adapting communication and guidance to varying levels of experimentation maturity. Contribute to a cross-functional team running a large-scale, international experimentation and personalisation programme within a clearly defined global governance framework. Ensure smooth coordination between central and local stakeholders, and align market-specific activities with the overall global experimentation strategy and roadmap. Your Profile Degree in Digital Marketing, Consumer/Behavioural Psychology, Sociology, UX, Business Informatics, or a related field, with a strong analytical mindset and user-centric approach. 3 years of hands-on experience in Conversion Rate Optimisation or a related discipline, with a proven track record of improving user journeys, increasing conversion rates, and driving measurable business growth. Practical experience with A/B testing tools such as Optimizely or Adobe Target, and proficiency in at least one analytics platform (e.g. GA4, Adobe Analytics, Hotjar, or Contentsquare). Comfortable working with project management tools like Jira and Confluence or comparable systems. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, international environment. A proactive mindset, a structured way of working, and the ability to communicate complex topics in a clear and solution-oriented manner.
