Your mission, roles and responsibilities
The Sales Engineer is integrated within the Sales Organization of the respective Customer Business Unit and is responsible for the sales development of the assigned product portfolio.
Main Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain customer relationships (Purchasing, Engineering, Programs)Prepare and create commercial offersNegotiate and manage Engineering Change Requests (ECRs)Monitor product profitability and commercial productivity proposalsManage spare parts and serial productionAct as Program Sales Leader within the program core teamYour profile and competencies to succeed
Degree in Business Administration or Engineering with an interest in developing a career in salesExperience in the automotive industry in an operational or commercial role.Sales experience min. 3 years in an industrial automotive environmentFluency in English and conversational local language skills are essentialProficiency in German is requiredDeep understanding of the client's business model, product landscape, and competitive environment to effectively position technical solutions and drive strategic valueAccountable and result orientated team player with strong analytical skillsStrong MS Office and reporting skills with a good understanding of financial KPIsWhat we can do for you
