To strengthen our finance team, we are looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist (m/f/d) who enjoys working in an international environment and communicating with both internal stakeholders and customers.
Your Responsibilities
* Manage and monitor customer accounts and incoming payments
* Create and process invoices, credit notes, and payment reminders
* Reconcile customer accounts and clarify payment discrepancies
* Monitor open receivables and support collection activities
* Communicate with customers regarding invoices, payment status, and account clarification
* Support month-end closing activities related to Accounts Receivable
* Prepare reports and analyses for the finance team and management
* Collaborate closely with operations, customer service, and international finance teams
* Support the optimization and automation of AR processes
Your Profile
* First experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounting, Finance, or a similar field
* Experience in logistics, e-commerce, or international companies is a plus
* Structured, reliable, and detail-oriented working style
* Good analytical and organizational skills
* Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
* Mandarin Chinese is required
* German or English language skills are required
* Good Excel skills and ERP experience are an advantage
