Your tasks:
You will contribute to the development and continuous improvement of our clearing services, processes and systems as a substantial part of the Clearing Product team. In this context you will be part of various change activities and projects throughout their entire change and implementation lifecycle from the first assessment until go live of a project. This entails:
* analyzing and understanding complex topics and translating them into business requirements for our clearing systems and processes
* developing concepts and solutions planning
* leading and executing projects
* managing and communicating with internal and external project stakeholders

You bring along:
* University degree in the field of economics, IT, science, engineering or mathematics or similar education
* Several years of relevant work experience preferably in the energy, exchange or banking sector
* Profound professional experience in business analysis, project management/ work; at best experience with working in an agile context
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify key points from large quantity of information and lead on knowledge sharing
* Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
* Cooperative working style and agile mindset
* Very good written and oral language skills in English, German is a plus
