Your Responsibilities:
Represent Airbus in front of airline customers by ensuring first class hospitality and customer service Acts as the Customer Definition Centre (CDC) entry point for the various internal Airbus departments and cabin suppliersPreparation and execution of the customer meetingsPrepare and drive an individual meeting agenda for every customerUnderstanding of meeting objectives, key decisions to make and propose ways to guide discussions with customersInterface with the CDC technical team to ensure the on-time and on-quality construction of temporary cabin mock-upsGuarantee the on-time availability of dedicated experts and equipment for each customer meetingYour Profile:
Completed studies in Business Administration, Engineering, International Management or comparableSeveral years of professional experience in Customer Service, Project Management and Process PlanningGood skills in Google WorkspaceFluent English skills spoken and writtenYour Partner:
