Our client is a publicly listed large Global Indian conglomerate headquartered in Mumbai. They are a specialty chemicals organization spans various categories viz. pigments, resins, adhesives, sealants and construction chemicals. The company has always invested in R&D and innovation, and has dedicated research centres & manufacturing facilities in India.
To strengthen their operational excellence, they are seeking an Expert in High Performance Pigments (Violet, Quinacridone, and Azo) for a strategic advisory role.
This role can be based anywhere in the world andavailable for remote part-time consulting/advisory assignments with visits to India every 3 months.
Tasks
* Provide specialized technical expertise in pigments. This role is responsible for consulting to enable improve efficiency, yield, and process reliability.
* Support technical teams with best practices in operations, quality, and scale-up. Guide troubleshooting, process optimization, and innovation opportunities.
Profile
* Background in Chemistry, Polymer Science, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering.
* Leaders with senior leadership experience in Operations / Manufacturing at global companies with deep technical expertise in pigment chemistry and production processes.
* Could be based anywhere in the world and available for remote part-time consulting/advisory assignments with visits to India every 3 months.
* Fluent in English.
