Senior Marketing Analytics Manager Position
As a seasoned Senior Marketing Analytics Manager, you will be responsible for developing strategies to measure and optimize our media mix across Paid, Earned, and Owned channels. You will ensure that data-driven decisions are made to improve the customer journey and achieve marketing objectives.
Specifically, your tasks will include:
* Developing international standards for planning, reporting, and measuring digital KPIs
* Building reporting and performance analysis capabilities in collaboration with other experts (Brand, Onsite Experience, etc.)
* Enhancing marketing analytics solutions such as multi-touch attribution, media-mix modeling, testing, and uplift measurement of market activities
* Shaping and developing analytical capabilities of the international marketing tech stack and marketing stakeholders
Your Profile
* Significant experience in a marketing/analytics function, including expertise in media taxonomies, data governance, analytics standards (KPI frameworks and scalability), performance measurement, and steering of digital channels, end-to-end implementation of data-based marketing standards or modeling, and analysis of full-funnel marketing strategies
* Extensive experience with digital analytics, digital media, and marketing systems, particularly analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Microstrategy, Databricks, GCP, Python/R) and data and marketing platforms (DMP's, CDP's, Experimentation, Google Marketing Platform (GMP), DSP's/SSP's, CMS)
* Excellent German and English skills
* Flexibility for on-site presence of 1-2 days per week
