Job Title: Trading and Promotion Analyst
We are seeking a skilled and analytical professional to join our team as a Trading and Promotion Analyst. As a key member of our commercial performance team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and optimization.
Your primary responsibility will be to analyze daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs to understand demand drivers, identify gaps, and surface timely opportunities for improvement. You will also support weekly trading meetings with clear performance insights and forward-looking forecasts for key stakeholders.
In addition to your analytical skills, you will have the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations for campaign planning and strategic priorities. You will work closely with our Marketing team to align commercial goals with campaign execution, ensuring data-informed, high-impact actions.
You will define, size, and assess marketing promotions and initiatives, bringing structure and quantitative rigor to planning. You will also evaluate the commercial and ROI effectiveness of promotional and marketing activities to inform future strategies.
This role requires strong collaboration and communication skills, as you will work closely with our Commercial and Logistic teams to align marketing activations with business needs and measurement.
You will contribute to a playbook of demand-driving levers, capturing learnings for scalable and repeatable trading actions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Analytical skills with fluency in Excel, SQL, and at least one BI tool (Power BI, Looker, Tableau, etc.).
* Experience turning data into decisions — from framing the right questions, to building models and dashboards, to influencing stakeholders.
* A strong communicator and collaborator, able to work closely with non-analytical teams and bring them along the data journey.
* Familiarity with key marketing channels and metrics is a strong plus (e.g., CRM, paid media, promotional mechanics).
